Finished The Prophet of Yonwood, and now reading The Diamond of Darkhold by Jeanne DuPrau. Light reading... Already 125 pages in...

Reading 100 Cupboards by N.D. Wilson. It's a simple read, but I'm finding it to be a better alternative to the Harry Potter books. The author was heavily influenced by C.S Lewis and J.R.R. Tolkien. It's about two cousins who discover 100 cupboards in their attic, with each cupboard having a different and unexpected world underneath.

I never even started reading the Harry Potter books, because it was witchcraft... I wouldn't judge people who've read them, nor enjoyed them, but for me-- it just didn't seem quite right... It's kinda one of those things that I think is up to each own persons conscience in what they approve. Some people don't have much of a problem with that kind of thing, and I can understand that. Just the same as I watch a pretty hefty amount of violence and movies with foul language that I know other people wouldn't approve of.

Erm... Any books I could get ahold of, to be honest. Mostly fiction. I have a strong affinity for British and/or older writing....
