Started my playthrough of RE6 with L4 today. So far it's alright. There's been about a million QTEs so far though. Most of the time they're not bad, just kind of annoying. I've found very few games who can do QTEs right - Walking Dead was about it, actually. And maybe that last scene from MW2.

I recently started Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, and I believe I finally understand the phenomenon behind its massive appeal in Japan. The game basically plays like an MMO, but most of the quests are basically like fighting MMO world bosses with a group of friends. It's really fun so far.

I've also been dipping back into Forza Horizons. I play on easy because I just want to collect cars and max them out. The Nissan GT-R is currently the only car I'm actually somewhat scared to drive. I managed to hit a speed zone where my average was 260mph...and then the road curved and I lost control and flipped the car.

Well, that's one game in a flurry of turn-based strategy games. The last one I played was the new X-COM, and all it boils down to is remembering to spam saves.

Assassin's Creed series and the Batman: Arkham games are my favorite. Most maps give you the freedom to formulate strategies and attack how you want to and when you're forced into "open conflict", you still have a fair amount of strategy in what you do.
