Describe what you normally prefer in music in this thread. For me:
I enjoy pop, but as long as it's clean. I won't take music that only talks about drinking or strippers. I like my lyrics to hold meaning, but still creative at the same time. I also like some randb, particularly by Ariana Grande and Mariah Carey. I also take contemporary Christian (I find it hard to dance to the classic Christian music) I'm also partial to teen pop because it's fun without being too suggestive. I like female singers a little better than male singers, although I don't know the exact reason why exactly.

Becky G (I normally don't listen to rap, but she's an exception because she keeps her raps clean)

I tend to go for rock, progressive, Celtic, or any combination thereof. There's a few that go way outside the box, but those are the main genres. I also like classical –– when I'm in the mood for it. I find it extremely difficult to resist listening to U2...

I like rock mostly. Something about it I really like... Though, I'll listen to pretty much anything I can bob my head to. I love headbanging rock, especially if it has harmony to it.
I like angsty music a lot, too.

Update: I also love dance. Right now I love the song Don't you worry child by Swedish House Mafia.

I am very Alt Rock. but I will listen to a lot of everything.
