Rummikub
Not exactly a board game, but it is a tabletop game. Every time my family gets together, we either play this or Scrabble –– or both. My dad and I have been known to switch around everything to see if something works and then having to put it all back because we can't put a tile down (sometimes forgetting where everything was before!).

It has been years since playing this game. Got into it on a regular basis for a number of years. May have to revisit this one soon!
