They do have a few songs with cuss words, but not many. They are heavy, but have such an awesome melody in their songs. Their choruses have amazing hooks that get stuck in my head. And their singer is actually quite good. They are also very talented with their instruments. Their songs have kind of a story to them, usually about enduring some kind pain or loss; or surviving something.
Diary Of Jane (acoustic) by Breaking Benjamin... This is interesting. It's all classical instruments, no guitar... Their singer definitely has some singing chops.
